Minera Panama, S. A. (MPSA) informs that early Nov of 2022, will begin using the Procure4MRO Electronic Procurement Platform for its purchasing process, which means all (existing and new) vendors will need to get registered in this platform to be able to participate in a bidding process and supply goods and services.

Quotations will not be sent via email in the future.

Procure4MRO implementation will be integrated to its ERP system and therefore it will provide a more efficient and transparent process before our supplier and contractor community by reducing in 25% the cycle time of the buyer involved in a purchase order.

With this initiative, MPSA seeks to continue strengthening the integrity and competitiveness of its purchasing processes, in addition to establishing a more interactive and collaborative interaction channel with its supplier community. More competitiveness is achieved due to the ability of Procure4MRO to search and find suitable suppliers among its vendor base.

MPSA will operate through Procure4MRO with its existing supplier base, and will also have access to Procure4MRO's global supplier base.
